Alumnae Panhellenic of Southern Dallas and Ellis Counties


Betty Jo, AF,  is president of the Southern Dallas & Ellis Counties

Alumnae Panhellenic.   She is a very active member of Alpha Phi Fraternity and has been part of the fraternities’ regional team, as their Alumnae Membership Coordinator, for over eleven years.   Locally, Betty Jo remains active in the SWDallas Area Alumnae Chapter, where she has held the offices of Philanthropy Chair, Treasurer, Fund Raising Chair and President   Betty Jo has also been involved with collegians as financial advisor at the Delta Beta Chapter of  Alpha Phi at Texas A & M Commerce University.

She also is a founding member of the Far North Dallas AF Alumnae Chapter, where she helped her daughter & sister, Karla Hardy Allford, charter that Chapter in 2000.  

After 35 years in the commercial pump industry, Betty Jo has recently retired.  She now has more time for her volunteer efforts!   She lives in Duncanville, TX with her husband Dewayne.   Together they share 8 “grand” children, 2 of which are Alpha Phi legacies!!




Sharon Ingram is a born and raised Dallasite.  She attended The University of Texas at Austin where she pledged Zeta Tau Alpha, but she wanted to move back home to Dallas and completed her college years at SMU.  Sharon works at her husband's CPA office doing everything except preparing tax returns and financial statements.  She and Darrell have two children, a son who is an attorney and lives with his wife and their first grandchild, Benjamin, in The Woodlands and a daughter who lives in Phoenix where she and her husband just purchased their first home.  Sharon's mother and aunt were both Zetas, but Sharon's daughter decided that she liked Pi Beta Phi better and pledged Pi Phi at The University of Arkansas.    


Gretchen is a graduate of Sam Houston State University and a member of Chi Omega - Sigma Theta Chapter.   She received her masters degree from Texas A&M Commerce.  Gretchen is currently active in the Alumnae Panhellenic of Southern Dallas & Ellis county.   She has lived in Red Oak for 28 years.   Her daughter is an ADPI at the University of Arkansas.  



Cindy is a graduate of Texas Tech University and a member of Sigma Kappa, Gamma Iota chapter.  Cindy has been active in the Alumnae Panhellenic of Southern Dallas and Ellis Counties for the past seven years.  Cindy was a past President of the Dallas Alumnae Chapter of Sigma Kappa and was active in that chapter for several years.  
Cindy is the Senior Computer Forensic Examiner for Xact Data Discovery.  She is married to Steve and has a son going to school in Corpus Christi Texas A & M University and a daughter and son-in-law in Winchester Tennessee.
